Sabreena Schneider is the President and founder of The Development Ltd. Sabreena founded The Development Ltd in 2003 after completing several commercial and residential projects for development companies nation wide. Sabreena has extraordinary visionary talent – that is, the art of seeing the invisible for the exterior and interior design. Sabreena works with experienced professional teams. The professional teams include an architectural and planning team, project management, interior design, custom cabinetry design, furniture design, rendering, modeling, account management, and staff support. Our design is creative and quality driven by form and function that intertwine.

Sabreena Schneider was educated in Europe and has traveled around the world as a consultant to many fortune 500 companies. Sabreena’s education and travel has been an inspiration for several of the firm’s design commissions. Projects have required that Sabreena travel and seek out and purchase the perfect original piece of art or one of a kind antique. In the end, the projects are breathtaking, as they were envisioned.
